I was driving to work on 75 South, last Thursday morning around 9:15ish, and as I was approaching Heidelberg on my left, I noticed a helicopter flying over the plant. It didn't look like a regular helicopter, though. It was bigger, white on top and orange on the bottom. It also had what looked like a long rope hanging from it. It was not flying smoothly. It had made it over the highway and across the water by the time I lost sight of it. Did anyone else see it? Does anyone have any ideas or information about it? Thank you for any responses.
