Asking because I really don’t want to have to switch to birth control if I don’t have to

I just feel like every woman I speak to lately older and around my age (early 30s) all have or had some sort of hormone issue. I wonder if we would have more of us if doctors actually tested AMH in women’s 20s or if we made hormone testing a standard of care before prescribing birth control. Maybe if women actually spoke about their bodies without shame we could help each other. Just a thought
