I wanna access the dark-web but how do you access? And secondly, i’ve heard that if you access the DW, the people behind it track your IP address and once you go in you can’t come out. There’s no way back. They get the access to your devices, your location, contacts and activities. You are surveilled and they can’t blackmail you into doing whatever. How much of this is true?

Someone I know says that he changed his PC’s IP and accessed it? Is this possible or is he lying.

Acne prone skin and pimples leave dark spots and marks easily which take months to fade. I think my skin barrier is pretty messed up.
