More damage driving on a bad left rear wheel bearing?
My last service at the dealer for oil change and CVT fluid change they noted a bad wheel bearing on the left rear.
They want $600+ but a local shop quoted $300, but cannot schedule me until Thursday.
My problem is I wanted to take a trip and drive about 1000 miles. Will this do substantial damage to the axel or any other important parts? It is not noticeable when driving other than a little extra noise from the rear at highway speeds.
Any thoughts?
