Would you pay ₹199 to talk to a retired expert for legal/tax/property advice?

I’m working on an idea and wanted honest feedback from this community.
👉 The idea:
A simple app where you can talk to retired experts (on phone) for advice in areas like:
Income Tax / ITR
Property & land issues
Legal guidance
Police-related matters
Pension / govt schemes
Instead of going to offices or expensive consultants, you can:
Choose a category
Pick an expert (with experience, language, price)
Pay a small fee (₹199–₹499)
Get a call from the expert
🤔 Why I’m building this
In India, many people:
Don’t know whom to trust
Get confused with legal/tax processes
Can’t afford high consultation fees
At the same time, many retired professionals have huge experience but no platform to share it.
