Anybody ever run into an issue where order doesn’t show up in account and can’t look it up but you got a confirmation email?

Support is no help. I have order# and account and never had this issue before. Got email for order confirmation and they took my money + gift card.

Wondering if anybody else had the same happen.

Got an old Foray jacket as a gift back in 2019. Lately it’s gotten worse with waterproofing and actually working as intended. Tried nikwax etc no luck. Zippers also aren’t good anymore.

Going to Washington next month and needed a new jacket and while looking saw they had some but shit $260 now, which is insane. Came across their guarantee and gave it a shot.

Submitted 05/05/26 at 12PM and submitted photos + the issues. At 4PM same day, they got back to me and offered me a complete replacement jacket and sent me a link to the Foray 3L and to pick my color.

Sent them the email and they responded this morning with order confirmation and to send back my old jacket once the new one arrives. Seamless process and couldn’t be easier.

I hope everybody experiences the same.
