Burning in chest.. might be fibreglass

21, 5’5 and around 120 pounds, female, I am not on any medication, I have never smoked or vaped, and I do not have any previous medical issues. I have been experiencing a burning feeling that goes all the way across my chest for almost a week now, along with some shortness of breath. I have gone to the doctor already, they did an x ray of my chest and did some bloodwork, everything looked fine.. They also gave me some stuff for heartburn and nothing has worked. I do not think it is an acid issue. However me and my family have come to the conclusion that I may have fibreglass particles in my lungs.. for context, I am currently visiting family and have been sleeping in the basement, in a room that has the bottom part of the wall cut out (the basement had flooded a couple years ago, and the wall hasn’t been fixed since) so the insulation has been hanging out in the open, on top of that there was water leaking into the basement a week ago, so I have had a fan pointing towards the area where the water leaked to try and dry it up to prevent mold (the insulation also happens to be hanging out there.. so I am thinking that disturbed it and caused the fibreglass to like move into the air or something) I did tell my doctor that I thought it might be fibreglass and she said she would keep it in mind but couldn’t really give me a straight answer for what was wrong.. which is understandable since I don’t imagine there’s any way to actually tell if it is fibreglass or not.. but since most other things have been ruled out I think it is safe to say it actually is the fibreglass 😅 I have moved out of that room and am now sleeping in the living room which has no open insulation, I would like to say I’ve slowly been starting to feel better? My chest still burns but now I am also starting to feel it in my throat a bit, and my stomach has also been beginning to hurt a bit (not a burning pain just kind of sharp?) I would just like to know if this is normal and if there’s a way to maybe speed up the process of my body removing the fibreglass.. if that’s the issue.. I have done quite a bit of googling but it would make me feel better to know if anyone else has gone through something similar
