Can’t find a Entry IT role

Hey guys,

I’ve been struggling to get a new job!! I’m a very dissatisfied with my current job although I am grateful to be employed. I’m constantly in a state of stress due to the toxic work culture and management of my team. It’s really taken a mental toll on me.

I’ve been applying to roles actively for the last few months and man I’ve not been hearing anything back! I have a pretty solid resume. I’m looking for entry IT support roles. I’m not sure if the markets not great or the competition is just that high. I don’t have a Comp Sci degree but I have a cert and working towards my next one. I have some good projects under my belt too.

Anyway I have only heard back from 2 roles (applied to over 100). What I heard back from was the one that employed me and then I had an interview a few weeks go but got ghosted :/.

Now I’m doing all the right things, looking through defense companies, local government jobs, checking the usual LinkedIn etc…

Any advice? I really want out of these current job ASAP but I feel discouraged and like I’m going to be stuck there forever :(

Anything helps, thanks in advance!!
