Anyone have any source or kind of setting in KU Department of physics ?

I am 20M experienceing hair fall and hair thinning rn. Using minoxidill and hairvive capsules but not seen any changes. If Anyone is going through same condition as mine before and used any medicine supplement and it goes better kindly let me know. Your advice would be really helfull
