I bought a asurion protection plan on amazon when I ordered a Xbox elite controller. Now that my controller isn’t functioning as it should be, I wanted to file a claim. I’m wondering if after I file the claim and I receive the new/repaired controller is it possible I can place and buy the asurion protection plan on the new/repaired controller? I tried asking the customer support but I got no direct answer for it.
