If you have the last move is it up to you to rematch?

I know either player can rematch. But for example if someone else has the last move and doeant rematch should i take that as a hint they dont wanna play again? or am I reading too much into it lol

oversize fit, preferably long

split hem or at least super loose bottom hem

ive got a bonds one that's pretty close but the bottom hem is so tight- even in the men's! my partner has a 2xl men's that i tried.
