I have a really loud grinding and squeaking sound coming from the back of the vehicle. I’m assuming it’s worn out brakes though 16,000 miles seems really short. Does anybody have any good recommendations on brakes and do you all find it necessary to change the rotors at the same time when the vehicle is less than a year old?

I have some razorbacks with a steel toe that I love. The issue is I don’t need steel toes anymore and I want to use them for hiking. The steel toe causes pain when hiking down hill because it rubs. Has anyone had the steel toes removed during a resole? Is that even possible?
