I was using my phone to record videos of my ducks swimming in the tub underwater. I woke up the next morning and it wasn’t turning on. I took it apart and dried it and put it back together but it still doesn’t work. What part/parts do I need to replace/fix

Why are my graphics this bad on epic? 80% of the bushes and other things just look like blobs. I have graphic settings on epic and even messed around with my graphics card settings (AMD adrenaline edition) nothing seems to work. And nothing changes when I set them to low graphics and restart the game and PC. I also waited over an hour for it to load while I played through, nothing ever loaded
