What is the best tattoo shop here in town?

I have an American pit bull, she is about 14 years old, with everything I see that is the upper end of their life span. She has several small bumps the local vet isnt super concerned about them. She is slowing down, and gets out of breath easily now. She is not nearly as active as she had been, and she is beginning to have incontinence. Am I just being selfish by not putting her down before she begins to show signs of suffering? No i dont want to, but i also dont want her to be in pain. She does whimper sometime when she is getting on the couch, I have at times had to help her up sometimes but not all the time. Am I being selfish by clinging onto every minute of time with her or should I put her down before she begins to suffer.
