I have the rulebook, Moloch and Titandeath books. These appear to be outdated: They dont account for the "new" Titans, i.e. the Warbringer, Warmaster, or Dire Wolves.
While we are fine with using the old books, is there stuff to get excited about in the Legios books?
I may be missing a nuance here with the rules for void shields. The Quake effect comes into play of the hit is not "deflected" by shields.
Does that mean the shields need to be down, or does it mean it takes effect if the shield save is failed? Even though the Titan still has active void shields?
Hi! I've recently got the Warbringer Nemesis and the Warmaster Titan. I'd like to use them in a gane, but I don't know if I understand how they fit into my battlegroup.
Or rather: The Warmaster explicitly states it's an Auxiliary Titan, and only one Auxiliary Titan is allowed in a battle group.
If my battlegroup contains an Axiom maniple, and all Titans in that manipulate are Legio Gryphonicus...
- I can add the Warmaster as an "additional Titan", p. 54
- I can't add it to the Axiom maniple (it's not a Reaver or Warhound) p. 57
- I can assign it to the Legio Gryphonicus, p. 89
Please correct me if I'm wrong.
Second, the Warbringer Nemesis. Is there a way to add this to a maniple? I see some posts discuss what is the best maniple to add it to, so I am curious if there are maniples that specifically include the Warbringer Nemesis, or if it is allowed to take the place of another Titan in the maniple.
I only have the rulebook, Moloch and Titandeath books.
This used to be a thing, but I'm not seeing posts on the topic. Are WYSIWYG mutations no longer part of the hobby? Do we just pretend the player has an extra arm?
Basically the title. I played Vampires and decided to give each Vampire the Pro skill as their first.
Man, that changed the game! Suddenly Bloodlust was manageable and Hypnotic Gaze was viable! First few games ended with me having filled my own injury box with Thralls. Then, with Pro, it was my opponent filling my injury box for me!
Highly recommended!
