How much is the rate?
I have my start-up company and I’m the all-around employee. So now I’m thinking of potentially hiring people so I can take some work off my hands, especially I have a baby.
Since it’s a baby company, the revenue is not that high. If I hire people, I will need to review if I can reach the salary they require.
For now, I need the following:
- Social Media Manager: I need someone to promote the product and brand on FB, IG, and Tiktok. That including responding to comments, running ads, etc.
- Graphic Designer: I will come up with the idea and someone will need to do the work for the design. Will also need to design assets for the company like email header, ads banner, etc.
- Content Creator: I will send the product and they will need to make 2-3 videos/pictures per day. Maybe commission-based as well.
- Operations Manager: Someone to manage the website, post products, write descriptions, make sure it is running smoothly.
- CX Happiness Specialist: Customer-facing agent. That explains it.
How much is the rate for these in USD? Also, would it be better to be contractual/hourly/commission etc? I’m new to this so the more info I get, the better. Thank you!
