Does it still look like this right now (as far as green / lush and flowers)?

I do photography and would love to go down the whole way from SF to LA via PCH and take stops for pics (I’ve done partial drives down but not the whole way bc parts of PCH were closed for big parts of last year).

But it’s not worth it to me to fly in from Texas later this week or sometime next week for a few days if I’ve already missed spring.

Anyone driven through lately? Does it still look like it does in that video? Is it still sunny with lush vegetation and flowers?
