What is the best paint for the jeep hardtop? I've seen people use rustolem enamel, Bed liner spray, hvlp automotive paint, etc. I have a spray gun for bed liner and an hvlp air gun. Likely going to paint it black. What do you recommend?

I'm about to order new rims and tires for the wrangler tj. Tires will be 1in larger than current/factory. Is it worth the extra $$$ to have a matching rim and tire or would you put a tire cover on the spare and leave it alone?
