Yes I am upset. Call skill issue all you want, but people have been posting about it ever since the patch hit, and just got to experience it first hand, too (as the victim). Genuinely how is this even allowed? Especially considering how easy it is to replicate generally speaking (get your hands on fulm eventually if you bruteforce prismatic anvils, buy shiv, win game). Infinite Ryze got (rightfully) patched out with him not being able to get adapt anymore but that was harder to replicate than this is. Seriously, does anyone think fulm shiv is okay?
