My street is 30 minutes no parking, and it has been a car storage lot for people in lower Manhattan who never drive anywhere but need a car. Half these people can't even get their car to start on ASP days. All it would require to remedy is changing a few road signs. Maybe we'd get rid of a few cars??!?
