I'm trying to get a nice romantic flower bouquet in Yerevan, any recommendations?

I'm crossing Georgian borders from Yerevan, do you have any tips, or any rest areas / drinks suggestions?

My fiancée and I are visitng Armenia to get married, we have zero ties in the country so we're looking for someone or an agency to help us with the paperwork.
