I was at a Spa today and while having sex with her my condom broke and i came inside. I think when I was first inserting via her ass it ripped but when I took out from vagina after I came i realised it was tore.

Now I went to doctor within hours. He asked few questions like is there blood, burning sensation etc. And none of it was there. So he didn't prescribed pep but some medicine for 5 days to avoid and infection. I am still in 72 hours window and wondering should I get PEP. I am concerned due to side effects.
