Wanted to make a scritter for a while but only now found a unique enough concept: Sadistic choice!
Think about those situations where character is presented with a choice where any outcome causes something bad to happen, like trolley problem. He is the guy that inflicts them on others because he's a sadist, and there's nothing mentally wrong with him he just choose to be this way.
