I am playing Pokémon go pvp for the past 3 years. I played a lot of battles, but only in-game ladder.

I will be competing at Prague Regionals (bcs I am from czechia and the last Prague regionals was in 2018 and back then Pokemon go pvp tournaments wasnt a thing)

What's some advice you would give me as a first time competitor?
