Hey so I'm a new grad in my second month here on a busy ward in a public hospital. Up until this week I thought I was doing alright and getting the hang if everything but this week I was sick and really tired going back to work which has caused me to make a lot of stupid mistakes. I think it's mostly all of the shift work getting to and I was wondering if anyone could recommend me any positions within nursing that are either Monday to Friday or at least have consistency in their shifts. Any suggestion is much appreciated.
