Hello! Meet Maple, our geriatric rescue potbelly pig! Something we have been struggling with the last few years with her is in the summertime- she will knock over her water dishes to make mud. It’s usually not a problem when we are home, we just go refill them. But I’m realizing that if we are out of town or something like that, she can go without water for half the day. Are there water troughs made specifically for short little potbelly pigs such as herself? One that she can’t tip over? What do you guys do? All the water troughs I see just seem too tall for her! We will keep her water dishes for mud out back, but I just don’t want her making mud and not having any water left after.
