All of us were quite surprised to see that Mukesh was chosen ahead of Auqib, but failed to appreciate his bowling which got overshadowed by ngidi and natarajan. It was actually pretty impressive.

One thing that we saw with him was his lenght was absolutely garbage, with almost every good lenght ball going over the ropes, and unfortunately, there were many of them.

But last game, and the recent reel posted by DC really showed that he is very consistently bowling fuller, which also helped him get some movement and keep the batter on edge.

He is fairly similar to auqib in terms of strengths, but given his experience, if he continues to play similarly, we might not need auqib at all, which is a good thing!

Hopefully he returns the trust this year, and most importantly in such a big and difficult game such as tomorrow!

Very rarely do you see such a strong team like MI, who will be the favorites in pretty much every match in the tournament.

What it reminds me of is 2020, where we were so freaking good, but MI was just godlike.

Hopefully the wicket is a bit spin friendly where even if they have Santner, we have rana rizvi stubbs and miller, along with the wonderful trio of axar, kuldeep and vipraj.

Even then, it feels so scary, that if the wicket is a battung paradise, and we in our foolishness decide to chase, we might end up conceding even 257 like we did to them, with boult snd bumrah storming in with some movement under the lights, fir lelena dew factor advantage.

But one thing for sure, if we win tomorrow..Then the following games would be much, much easier for us, and we might even end up winning 4 on 4 like before!
