so i want to learn lucid dreaming but where do i start?

like so many options and what not etc also im still in college so how does wbtb affect sleep or not that much and a few more questions

how long before results?

how much do you rember just what happend like images or also sensations or taste or wind trough your hair etc

and im gonna say it im a virgin and ofc if i will learn it i will have sex in a lucid dream but how does it compare to real sex and how long can it last?

and can you make your lucid dreams feel like hours and then ofc also get to spend that time so for example and actual 2 hours walk if you get me
