Religious ocd

I have diagnosed ocd and when i wore the hijab it was out of compulsion. When i gout of it i regrettes immediately because i went from 0 to 100 a year later and i still regret it. Now that i want to take it off i’m scared i will be taking it off and on out of compulsion evertytime. it’s like a fight with my mind everyday

No matter how much information i look up i still don’t unferstand why women have to cover so much up. “ men have awrah too” yeah like 10cm from their knee to navel. Most people say it’s for protection but why is my hair and skin even something that could endanger me. Women get raped and killed and beaten up no matter what theyre wearing. Why can men go around toplesss and sleeveless and women can’t theres no legit reason. This is why i struggle with hijab because i’m honestly such an advicate for feminism and this honestly feels mysognistic

Hijab legit makes me resent islam. I thought it would bring me closer to islam but it did the opposite. I want to take it off so bad the only thing stopping my is my family and the community i live in. I live in the west but in a city with lots of muslims. Should i move after college lol

I’ve been wearing the hijab by free will for a year now. My older sister is 32 and she has been wearing it since 18 and took it off last year. I feel like when i take it off i will be the gossip of the family again. I want to just go to anotner city like nyc and take the hijab off for a few days to see what its like then come back to my hometown and wear it again
