2003 VW beetle 2.0 Automatic Stalling 91k miles

I have an 03 beetle with a cylinder 1 misfire ( it keeps bouncing around) with new with new iridium plug and an SAI air leak that’s been duct taped together with a little bit of air escaping on startup, this has caused the car to violently stall and then jolt mostly going uphill or on cold start and high speed. Any other hints to what it could be?

I was cleaning my printers extruder and all of the sudden the printer needed to shut down then it gave me a heatbed error 10123. Red light is on leads read 3.2 Volts and there’s a buzz from the power supply like a mosquito (Coil whine)
