What do I do about a membership card?
A few months ago (possibly even a year ago), I signed up for a Co-Op membership online. I provided my details, paid the £1 fee required.
Whilst I've been able to use my membership via my phone app, including scanning and choosing offers, I have yet to receive a physical card. I was not told that the Co-Op were deciding to stop sending them out, and I haven't found anywhere online on their website to ask about it.
Just to be clear, I am aware that I can use my phone, but personally I find it unreliable. I mainly use self-checkouts and on a couple of occasions, the QR code on the app hasn't scanned. I also mainly pay by card, so I have to fumble about getting my phone and opening the app, putting it away and getting out my card. It's a hassle.
Does anyone have any advice?
