Local service business owners — what happens when you miss a call?
Hey Tracy / Mountain House folks — quick question for anyone running a service business (HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, etc.)
When you’re out on jobs and miss a call… what usually happens?
Do customers leave a voicemail, or do they just call the next company?
I’ve been noticing this might be a bigger issue than I realized — especially for smaller local businesses that can’t always pick up during the day.
I’m local to Mountain House and have been thinking about ways to help with this, but wanted to understand how people are handling it today.
