Recently had a WiFi 360 pod 6 go out and quantum fiber sent me a new WiFi 7 hub that was not compatible with my other working WiFi 6 pods.
They advised me to send back the WiFi 6pods and then order new pods once the old ones were returned.
Returned old pods, followed links to order new pods and it says one pod is enough for a single household and we cannot order new pods.
I had 3 one for each floor basically, with one used for direct Ethernet connection for faster service.
Now my download speeds are 129-400mbs download and .5mbs ish upload.

Paying 95 per month for 1g.
Anyone else experiencing these issues since att buy out?
