Another figure added to my collection, Dr. Caligari.
From Aztec Toys' Silent Screamers (2000) series. These figures really have the late 90's Zeitgeist in my opinion. Grotesque and cool looking with lots of features. These things are HUGE when you keep 'em in the box (like I do). I need to get more of them.
