"Dialer for Pebble" and phone battery drain
I've had the new PT2 for 2 days now and so far so good (mostly). Couple things though. First is that I don't appear to be getting caller id correctly when getting a call. It doesn't resolve the contact's name or phone number [phone is displaying both]. On my OG PT (which I was using up until the PT2 arrived) I had "Dialer for Pebble" installed which worked fine, displayed caller id and even had dithered pic of the contact. Tried to install on the PT2, but the native Phone app still intercepted the Notification first. If you clear that, then the "Dialer for Pebble" app comes up. The recommendation is to disable the native phone app notifications which I've tried (which I think is also the case on the OG PT) but things still don't work. So has anyone installed this and have it running successfully on the new PT2, OR is caller-id working for you and what settings do I have wrong. The other thing I've noticed is that the new Pebble app (I'm guessing I had rebble before if it was for the OG PT) seems to be draining my phone battery a lot faster than previously. I need to observe a bit closer but that's my first initial impression. Anybody else?
Edit/Update: Hopefully this helps someone: So it turns out that if I have a missed call, and I don't clear that notification, next time I get a call, it shows "Missed C." as the caller id. Once I clear all missed call notifications then caller-id resumes to expected behavior. Definitely didn't see this behavior before. So, caller-id does work, just unexpected behavior. I did try turning off Phone notifications and Phone calls in notifications filter but those didn't make any difference.
