for some reason when i search for images i sometimes (at random) get entirely nsfw results. it only happens occasionally, and sometimes refreshing the page will reset the results to ones more accurate to the actual search made, but other times it will continue to show me the same nsfw images. has anyone else experienced this issue?

some more details in case they are relevant: i have safe search off, which i understand might yield some nsfw results, but i am searching completely neutral things such as "mobius strip" or "football sticker" and getting nothing but nsfw images. this issue has occured on both mobile broswer and pc. changing the safe search to moderate seems to have helped but i don't know if it will stick as a solution.
