Hi. My 15 year old switched from 10mg Prozac to 50 mg sertraline two weeks ago due to extreme fatigue. Prozac had been great for her mood and she was on it for 4 months. Since switching her mood has dropped again and fatigue is still present. Had anyone experienced this transition. Worried as her junior cert exams are in 4 weeks. Should I have left her on the Prozac longer as at least it was great for her depression and anxiety.
