Purchasing my SHT36V3 to upgrade tools head for Klipper

I’m upgrade my toolhead and redoing my printer wiring. I read that SHT36V3 is the bees knees and will reduce the total number of wires that I’ll need for my umbilical.

I’m trying to pick out and purchase the SHT36V3 and I noticed there are different features in different versions for whats included and I’m not sure what I need and what is best.

I read that the SHT36V3 uses something called USB CAN with my RP4B and BTT SKR3EZ, and I will need a BTT U2C for USB to Can to run the SHT36 V3.

Not sure what 31865 chip and LDC1612 is and if I need it.

Can someone put me on the right track?

Need to fix the thread tolerances to loosen the fit for a screw and nut.

I think I can use horizontal expansion and hole expansion but I don't know how much to use with which, and whether to use positive or negative values? Is there anything else like a plugin or something you recommend?
