For those who’ve left tech, what career did you pivot to?
I’m from a creative background (graphic/ux) and looking for a new career. I’m 28 and not looking for something that’s extremely physical. Long term, physically and mentally, I know I’d be happier in an admin role, versus something like skilled trades. I’ve thought about social media management, medical office or dental admin, legal assistance, but only have experience in design and customer service. I’m not great with numbers or math, so accounting and bookkeeping is off the charts. I’ve applied to recruitment agencies, but so far have only gotten hospitality/events shifts. What careers can I consider?
