so i wanted to hunt all legendary fishes so i use this jet mod to fast travel to blackwater fish ( i have completed rdr2 3 times without mod :) ) as i am travelling in sky someone shoots bulllets on me but when i see the map or observe surroundings there are no pinkertons . my question is who actually shoots this bullet . is it somehow connected to the lore? and when can i actually pass them .
note: there is nothing wrong with mod it works well in every other regions except blackwater
