I roll my seitan in foil and place it on a trivet in the bottom of my Instant Pot with a cup of water. I normally use it as deli slices.

How long do you cook their seitan for in an Instant Pot?

When you look online, the timing is between 30 minutes to an hour (being the longest time). What effect does a longer cooking time in the Instant Pot have on seitan, and what is, in general, the ideal time?

I just recently trimmed the roots, did a water change, and of course added nutrients to my lettuce, basil, and parsley.

I'm curious to know: how long should you wait before harvesting any of the plants after trimming the roots? My roots were in really good shape, so there were no problems there.
