Why is there such fearmongering around "Bambi"?
Alright so I've been practicing mindfulness and meditation for a while, and wanted to try out (self-)hypnosis.
It looks like everytime anyone asks about side effects, the discussion goes back to "bambi" being a video which specifically creates an kink about being turned into a stupid trans woman?? What kind of rabbithole is that and are we sure that's not just some individuals LARPing about "muh dangerous and powerful stuff"?
Anyway, I wanted to decrease my neuroticism and agreeableness while increasing my consciousness by adding self-hypnosis to my meditation routine. Over the course of months for long-lasting effects of course.
The short-term ones would be about being able to focus better for a hour or two following my session. Is it a realistic goal and is there a clear "optimal blueprint" to follow?
