Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask if anyone had a similar experience with NYSED.

I applied for NCLEX New York and it’s been almost 7 weeks since my application (started Feb 17). I followed up and they replied that my Form 2F and transcripts are not yet in my file and still need to be processed.

Also, they asked if I used a different name because there’s a discrepancy:

•	Form 1: na cut name ko here (due to 15-character limit)

•	Form 2F: nag lagay ako ng box since yun ang sabi ng school kaya (full name) ang nailagay ko

I already clarified that both refer to the same person.

Has anyone experienced this kind of name difference and delay? How long did it take for your documents to be entered into the system?

I’m starting to feel anxious. Any insights would really help. Thank you!
