Thoughts on CGM data

Hi all, I've been wearing a CGM for a few months and would appreciate some thoughts on my data. Mid-20s, active, normal weight, moderate carb intake.

  • Home A1C went from 4.8% in December to 5.4% in early March. I did two tests each time to make sure it's in line, and both tests on each time came back the same
  • Post-meal spikes seem to be getting more vertically rapid over time, though I do come back down to normal eventually
  • Glucose response to the same meal varies noticeably day to day
  • Overnight has generally been okay, but the past few weeks it has been running a bit higher than baseline
  • Over this timeframe I have reduced carb intake and increased exercise significantly. I don't each much until the afternoon.

I started this after experiencing some (what seemed to be) classic type 1 symptoms a few months ago such as thirst and fatigue (especially after meals), and while those have since mostly gone away, the glucose spikes seem the same.
