Like the title says, I’m trying to help my wife find her fashion identity.

After having two kids, she’s been struggling to figure out what fits her well and what she actually likes. She’s also trying to avoid feeling like she’s dressing “too much like a mom,” but she’s never really felt confident in her style to begin with. I’ve tried suggesting influencers for inspiration, but that hasn’t really clicked for her.

I’d describe her body type as pear-shaped—slimmer on top with wider hips. She’s not very comfortable in sleeveless tops or dresses, so that’s something she tends to avoid.

She’s a nurse, so she’s usually in scrubs during the week. Outside of work, she prefers comfy outfits like joggers and t-shirts when running errands, but then feels self-conscious if she runs into people she knows.

I just want to help her feel more confident and put together without sacrificing comfort—any advice on how to approach this?

EDIT: She has asked for help and suggestions...
