Just want to know what's the difference between ETE and ECE?

I'm getting some iiits like una, dharwad, kottayam but most likely in csab, and i'm getting vit Chennai cat 2 in ece(preferred course), I'm confused whom should I take, like these new iiits or vit chennai. For me studying is not a problem but I want to have the best option in my hands in terms of college at least
