Hello,
Right now on my hard glide/swimbait rod I am running 25lb Fluoro to a snap on this setup. Then on my soft swimbait rod I am running 20lb braid till I upgrade the reel. But where I live there is a bunch of pike and some musky. So I was wondering what type of leaders you all recommend so I don’t have to re-tie everything time I catch one or lose my baits.
Like should I use a thinner steel/wire leader or like a musky leader or a Fluoro leader. Also would you still just run straight braid on the soft swimbait rod or no?
Anyway’s any help would be greatly appreciated.
