Is it safe to claim these rewards again? I don’t know if claiming them twice could cause any consequences.
I feel like something is seriously off with naval battles, especially with missile ships.
Right now it feels like modern missile warfare is being forced into very small, close-range maps. You can get missile warnings within 30 seconds of the match starting, and ships can be destroyed within the first minute. In some cases, if you get slightly separated from your team, you can be targeted by multiple ships at once and end up facing 20–30 missiles incoming at the same time, with only a few seconds to react. At that point it doesn’t feel like gameplay anymore, it just feels like waiting to get hit.
Submarines make this even worse. They can briefly surface, lock, launch missiles and torpedoes, then dive again almost immediately. By the time you react or try to return fire, they’re already gone. There’s basically no meaningful counterplay in that situation.
What makes this frustrating is that this isn’t really how missile combat works in reality. Modern naval combat happens at much longer ranges, with detection, positioning, and layered defense playing a big role. Ships don’t just instantly appear next to each other and exchange massive missile volleys within seconds. There’s usually time to react, coordinate, and defend.
In the current setup, everything happens too fast and at too close a distance, so it turns into chaotic missile spam instead of controlled engagements. It feels less about positioning or decision-making, and more about who gets targeted first or who gets focused by multiple ships.
I’m not saying missile ships shouldn’t exist, but the current combination of small maps, fast engagements, and high missile volume makes the mode feel overwhelming and sometimes unfair. It would be great to see changes that give players more time to react and more ways to actually counter what’s happening.
