Don't underestimate Caitlyn's physique. She's built completely differently from Vi: she's not "bulky," but she's tall, with broad shoulders and muscles of steel. Lifting that rifle (*and that cup of tea!) requires extraordinary strength, and her legs are no exception! She's incredibly agile, yet powerful enough to lift Vi. If there's one thing we have to give Ambessa (*besides giving us Mel), it's that she trained her and made her even stronger.

1. Incredible strength: Moving like this in a turtleneck, a cropped jacket, a chest plate, and a heavy rifle requires real muscle!
2. Amazing hamstrings: The definition in her hamstrings is insane!
3. Sculpted calves: Look at those calves, pure power in motion!
4. Defined back: Sculpted lats, toned and well-proportioned muscles, elegant yet strong!
5. Powerful arms: Biceps and triceps that convey strength and control.
6. Balanced and powerful physique: Tall, broad-shouldered, toned muscles: Caitlyn is agile and incredibly strong!

What if Vi had died and Caitlyn had fully become Ambessa’s protégé?

The writers and showrunners of Arcane considered different scenarios to explore Caitlyn's arc, actions and character development, some of which could have pushed her down a darker path. Vi really acts as Caitlyn’s moral anchor, the one who keeps her from going completely ruthless.

At the same time, Caitlyn and Ambessa have a complicated relationship. It’s very much mentor and student. Caitlyn doesn’t fully trust Ambessa, but she admires her, listens to her advice, and acknowledges that she’s learned a lot from her. And while Ambessa initially sees Caitlyn as just another tool, over time she starts to view her more like a protégé, even like the daughter she always wished she had in Mel (Ambessa’s VA mentioned that her character saw Caitlyn almost as the daughter she always wanted and would have wanted Mel to be more like her, since Mel was too diplomatic)

Caitlyn partly finds her way back because of Vi, sooo if Vi were out of the equation and Ambessa achieved her goals, could Caitlyn have ended up going to Noxus as her right hand?

And here’s my what if...

Vi dies in episode 3. Caitlyn doesn’t betray Ambessa. Instead, they manage to capture and execute Jinx and under the justification of maintaining security, Caitlyn stays in power and begins ordering the mass production of Hextech, all under Ambessa’s influence. Then she leaves someone in charge of P&Z and the two of them go to Noxus with Ambessa’s army, now weaponized with Hextech, with enforcers trained with it as well and even Warwick, whom they managed to capture.

Would Piltover and Zaun become a permanent militarized state?

Would Ambessa try to take control of Noxus and replace Swain? Would she succeed?

Would she temporarily ally with Swain to finally deal with the Black Rose?

How would the rest of Noxus react to an exiled noble returning with more troops and Hextech?

How would Caitlyn adapt to Noxus?

What do you think would have happened overall in this hypothetical scenario?
