Is Wide Receiver not a huge need?

Our current receiver room is Terry on the wrong side of 30, and a bunch of guys who’ve barely shown any production in the NFL…

If we don’t do anything significant in the draft or make a trade then this will be the third offseason with Jayden Daniels where we haven’t made any significant investment in the skill position group…

Look at how much the good teams in the conference (PHI, LAR, SEA, SF, CHI, DET, MIN, GB), have invested in their skill positions compared to us.

We’re arguably bottom-5 in the league in terms of skill position talent… We should really be trying to avoid a situation where Daniels is having to hold onto the ball longer than he wants, and run around for his life because his receivers can’t get open or he just doesn’t trust them.

People take too much stock out of what happened in ‘24… That was not a healthy/sustainable offense, and still limited what Daniels could do… That offense lacked explosive plays/playmakers, where we were forced to run a piecemeal offense having to convert so many 3rd and 4th downs.
